Industrial wastewater evaporator is different from ordinary single-effect falling-film evaporator or multi-effect falling-film evaporator. MVR is a single evaporator and integrates multi-effect falling-film evaporator. According to different required product concentration, segment-type evaporation is adopted, that is, when the product cannot reach the required concentration after passing through the effector for the first time, After leaving the effector, the product is pumped through a vacuum pump under the effector through an external pipe to the upper part of the effector and through the effector again, and then through the effector repeatedly to achieve the desired concentration.
The inside of the effector is arranged in a thin tube, the inside of the tube is the product, and the outside is the steam. In the process of product flow from top to bottom, due to the increase of the tube area, the product is film-like flow, so as to increase the heating area. Through the vacuum pump, the negative pressure is formed in the effector body, reducing the boiling point of the water in the product, so as to achieve concentration.
The condensate and part of the steam generated after evaporation by the effector are separated together with the residual steam after heating the effector through the separator. The condensate flows out from the lower part of the separator for preheating the product into the effector. The steam is supercharged by the fan supercharger (the higher the steam pressure is, the higher the temperature will be), and then the supercharged steam is joined by the pipeline and the steam passes through the effector again.
