With the rapid development of large-scale modern industry, the discharge of industrial wastewater is increasing. Taking coal chemical projects as an example, in order to alleviate water pollution, the state has also put forward strict index requirements for the water consumption and water pollutant discharge of newly built coal chemical projects. Realizing "zero discharge" of wastewater has become the own demand and external requirement of the development of coal chemical industry.

According to the practical operation case of "zero discharge" of wastewater, the curing treatment of highly dense brine is the difficulty to solve the wastewater. Currently, evaporation is seen as an alternative to reverse osmosis or chemical desalination in wastewater treatment. At home and abroad, there are two kinds of treatment methods for high concentration brine. One is natural evaporation pond (evaporation rate is slow, evaporation area is large), the other is mechanical evaporation.

Natural evaporation is through the construction of evaporation pond (also known as evaporation drying pond), in the right climate conditions, the effective use of sufficient solar energy, the high concentration of salt water gradually evaporated, crystallized after landfill. At present, the domestic evaporation pond is usually limited by the site or the cost of evaporation pond, including the cost of environmental cleaning and vegetation destruction. The operation situation is not ideal, high concentration brine can not be evaporated, evaporation pond area and volume are small, evaporation pond is constantly expanded, evaporation pond into a sewage reservoir.

2. The mechanical evaporation process of concentrated brine is generally divided into four types, namely, steam compression evaporation process (MVR), multi-effect evaporation process (MED), multi-effect flash evaporation process (MSF) and mechanical atomization evaporation. No matter what kind of process technology MVR, MED, MSF, currently facing is the problem of high cost, the first is one-time investment, followed by the operation cost. At the same time, due to the large structure of the equipment and complex operation, the composition of concentrated brine is required, and the water quality is relatively strong. Therefore, we propose a new alternative technology: mechanical atomizing evaporation system. The system can discharge into the evaporation pond of concentrated brine for mechanical atomization evaporation, so that the double salt crystallization and precipitation, this equipment depends on the natural temperature and wind atomization evaporation, so there is no requirement for the composition of concentrated brine, there will not be due to the different boiling point of double salt and the need for a huge evaporation system to deal with; At the same time, due to the extremely low operation cost (about 2-6 yuan per ton of water treatment cost), it can be used as a stable and low-cost system other than the above three systems.

Mechanical evaporation can greatly increase the evaporation speed, the same pond area of mechanical evaporation speed is more than 16 times of the ordinary evaporation pond. Mechanical evaporators are compact in structure, stable in operation, and easy to install and transport. Mechanical evaporation is a low cost evaporation method under the existing evaporation pond or can greatly reduce the area of the new evaporation pond.

Iii. Mechanical atomization evaporator: floating type, roadbed type, and air-driven mechanical atomization evaporator: 1. Floating mechanical atomization evaporator equipment is set up on the buoy and installed on the surface of the evaporation pond for atomization and evaporation. The flow rate is 15 cubic meters per hour, the total power is 24.2KW, and the evaporation water is about 3-10m³ per hour.

2. The subgrade mechanical atomizing evaporator equipment is fixed on the bank of the evaporation pool.

The flow rate is 5 cubic meters per hour, the total power is 5.5KW, and the evaporation water per hour is about 1-3m³.

3. The air-driven mechanical atomizing evaporator equipment is fixed on the bank of the evaporation pool.

The flow rate is 15 cubic meters per hour, the total power is 35KW, and the evaporation water per hour is about 7-12m³.

Low power consumption, strong continuous working ability, all the seals of the equipment are maintenance-free equipment, the device can ensure continuous operation under normal circumstances without stopping, once a year overhaul. The water is broken into small droplets with 100μm particle size by high-speed rotating impeller to form fog pattern. The evaporation is carried out by natural weather conditions with high evaporation efficiency.

Four, the working principle of mechanical atomizing evaporator:

The motor is installed on the floating platform through the support column, the power output shaft of the motor is provided with a fan, the booster pump is fixed under the float, the external wall of the motor is fixed with a sprinkler device, the booster pump is connected with the sprinkler device through the water pipe, the water outlet of the sprinkler device is located below the fan. The beneficial effect of mechanical atomizing evaporator is that the water is supplied by pressurized water pump, and the outlet of the sprinkler is located below the fan. Under the action of the fan, the water has a long contact time with the external environment, and the evaporation effect is good. Low project investment, simple operation and management, convenient installation and disassembly, occupying an area of province, etc., can fully make up for the shortcomings of natural evaporation pond. Installed on the evaporation pond, play the role of strengthening evaporation, can enhance the evaporation effect of 14 ~ 30 times, evaporation of the same wastewater required evaporation pond area can be reduced to 1/10 of the original.
