Mechanical evaporation systems break the water up to the correct size of water molecules by spinning atomized spiral turntables at high speeds, reduce and direct water debris through droplets, improve performance, and then the water is injected into a high volume/high speed air stream to push it into the atmosphere, thus improving hang up time/exposure to external environmental elements.
As water is stripped and diluted during the process, with a high proportion of ambient air, water droplets are promoted to reduce and eliminate as much as possible. This is a continuous process, with the surrounding air replenished through high performance blade stirring and blower blowing the liquid to the fresh environment to maintain and achieve the highest possible evaporation.
Factors affecting evaporation: Evaporation involves the vaporization of a liquid, at its surface, into a gas phase. The amount of evaporation of water can be thought of as the transfer of water molecules from the body of water to the surrounding atmosphere. This process can be influenced by a number of factors.
Evaporation is a surface phenomenon that increases the evaporation efficiency of evaporated liquid by increasing the surface area.
To put it simply, this relationship takes relative external factors into account for the evaporation calculation results of an open water body. Meanwhile, humidity, precipitation, solar radiation, temperature and local average evaporation will also have an effect on the evaporation efficiency of mechanical misting evaporator.
Internal factors such as volume flow, pressure head, spatial distribution, and droplet size can be adjusted according to climate to maximize evaporation rate.
Mechanical atomizing evaporator evaporation is a process, it needs to consider the influence of the above climate factors, measuring and recording daily analysis due to differences in water level, evaporation, temperature, humidity, rain fall, drought dispersion, solar radiation and wind effects.
Mechanical atomizing evaporator models: models are divided into mobile and fixed.
Technical parameters and characteristics of mechanical atomizing evaporator
1) The treated water volume is 5-25m3/h, mainly depending on the region, temperature, air humidity and water quality and other factors;
2) The ejection distance is 50-60 meters, and the floating range of fog drops is 60-70 meters. By swinging mechanism and pitching mechanism, atomized droplets are evenly dispersed to increase the specific surface area of evaporation of droplets and greatly improve the evaporation speed. By adjusting pitching mechanism and swinging mechanism, the floating range of droplets can be effectively controlled to avoid pollution to the surrounding environment.
3) Strong anti-fouling capacity. Through the joint development with a foreign nozzle manufacturer, based on high concentration sewage evaporation atomizing device, atomizing particle size of 50-250um, working pressure of 0.7-1.0MPa, no corrosion, no maintenance, low wear rate. Optional suspension water inlet device and automatic filter device, greatly ensure the continuous operation of the system;
4) The main material of bh mechanical atomizing evaporator is stainless steel, which is divided into two types: fixed and mobile. The whole equipment adopts anti-corrosion spray treatment, with strong anti-corrosion ability; The whole pipe and atomizer are made of 316L stainless steel/Teflon for long service life;
5)bh mechanical atomizing evaporator equipment operating system is divided into manual and remote control, easy to operate; In addition, the unit can be configured with automatic operation to shut down and start the evaporator and pump according to different weather conditions (wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, humidity and temperature).
